These Terms of Use govern your use of the DhanChakshu website, credit-card comparison tools, recommendation engine, educational content and related services.

By accessing or using DhanChakshu, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

1. ABOUT DHANCHAKSHU

DhanChakshu is a credit-card comparison and recommendation platform operated by Just Adbhut.

DhanChakshu provides tools intended to help users compare credit cards and understand potential rewards, fees, benefits and spending fit.

DhanChakshu is not:

  • A bank
  • A credit-card issuer
  • A lender
  • A credit bureau
  • A financial institution
  • A tax adviser
  • A legal adviser
  • A registered investment adviser
  • A loan provider

DhanChakshu does not issue credit cards or approve applications.

2. INFORMATIONAL AND ESTIMATED NATURE OF THE SERVICE

The information and recommendations provided by DhanChakshu are intended for informational and comparison purposes.

The DhanChakshu engine uses available card rules, fees, reward structures, eligibility conditions and user-provided assumptions to calculate estimates.

Actual rewards, fees, eligibility, benefits, exclusions and approval decisions may differ.

Credit-card issuers may change their terms, fees, reward structures, exclusions, eligibility criteria or promotional offers at any time.

The issuer's current official terms and conditions always take precedence over information displayed by DhanChakshu.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF CARD APPROVAL

A recommendation from DhanChakshu does not mean that a card issuer will approve your application.

Approval may depend on factors including, but not limited to:

  • Internal issuer policies

DhanChakshu recommendations are not personalized financial advice.

The platform provides analytical estimates based on the information supplied by the user and the card rules available to the DhanChakshu engine.

5. RESPONSIBLE CREDIT-CARD USE

Incorrect, incomplete or outdated inputs may produce inaccurate results.

DhanChakshu does not independently verify every piece of information entered by users.

7. CARD INFORMATION AND DATA FRESHNESS

DhanChakshu attempts to maintain card information using issuer materials and other relevant sources.

However, card terms can change.

Information may therefore become outdated between the time it is researched, published or verified and the time you use the website.

Where appropriate, DhanChakshu may display information about source, verification or confidence.

You should always confirm important information with the relevant card issuer before making an application or financial decision.

8. RECOMMENDATION METHODOLOGY

DhanChakshu uses a rules-based methodology to evaluate cards based on factors such as:

  • Reward flexibility
  • Spending fit
  • User preferences
  • Eligibility-related factors
  • Transaction economics

Affiliate commissions are not used as an input to the recommendation ranking.

9. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

DhanChakshu may link to banks, card issuers, affiliate partners and other third-party websites.

These websites are independent of DhanChakshu.

Their own terms, privacy policies, fees and product conditions apply when you leave DhanChakshu.

DhanChakshu does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, products or services.

10. AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIPS

DhanChakshu may receive commissions or other commercial compensation when users click certain links or complete eligible actions with partner websites.

Such compensation does not determine the DhanChakshu Score, DhanChakshu Match or recommendation outcome.

Not every card or issuer necessarily has an affiliate relationship with DhanChakshu.

11. NO GUARANTEE OF SAVINGS OR REWARDS

Estimated annual value shown by DhanChakshu is not a guarantee of actual savings, rewards or benefits.

Actual value may vary due to:

  • Changes in issuer rules
  • Changes in merchant categorization
  • Transaction fees
  • Taxes
  • Reward caps
  • Redemption choices
  • Reward availability
  • Spending behavior
  • Missed payments
  • Card usage conditions
  • Promotional expiry
  • Changes in product terms

12. CREDIT-CARD TRANSACTION ECONOMICS

A transaction may earn rewards and still be financially unattractive.

Where relevant, DhanChakshu attempts to account for transaction-level charges, applicable taxes and other known costs when estimating net value.

For example, a transaction surcharge can exceed the value of rewards earned.

Users should not assume that earning points or cashback automatically means that a transaction is worthwhile.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The DhanChakshu name, branding, design, content, software, methodology, database structure, calculations, presentation and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Just Adbhut, unless otherwise stated.

You may use the website for personal, lawful and non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, scrape, republish, reverse engineer, commercially exploit or systematically extract DhanChakshu content or data without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

14. PROHIBITED USE

You must not use DhanChakshu to:

  • Commit fraud or unlawful activity
  • Attempt to disrupt the website
  • Introduce malicious code
  • Circumvent technical protections
  • Systematically scrape or reproduce proprietary data
  • Misrepresent DhanChakshu or its recommendations

15. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep DhanChakshu available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

17. INDEMNITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to use DhanChakshu lawfully and responsibly and to be responsible for consequences arising from misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be published on this page with the applicable "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of DhanChakshu after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

19. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the use of DhanChakshu shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at:
