Reward points
- Niyo Coins expire 12 months after they are issued.
- Rewards apply to online (ECOM) transactions only: 10% of the transaction value in coins on international ECOM, 20% on domestic ECOM and 30% on travel booked through the Niyo App. There are no rewards for ATM, POS and tap-and-pay transactions.
- Minimum transaction amount is ₹100, and up to 5,00,000 Niyo Coins can be earned per year.
- Coins can take up to 7 business days from the transaction date, or more, to appear in your balance on the Niyo platform.
- Coins can be redeemed only on selected Niyo products and services at offers or discounts, which Niyo may change at its sole discretion; they are not transferable to or combinable with any other person's coins.
- You must be a registered user of the platform and not previously terminated or disqualified; Niyo may revise eligibility and may exempt or refuse coins at its sole discretion.
